Rebecca Bowie
Founder/CEO
Query Partners is led by CEO Rebecca Bowie. After a 13-year career teaching, leading, and untangling the logistical complexities in education, Rebecca founded Query Partners in 2023. She is a certified HR professional, ICF coach, Intuit bookkeeper, and superintendent in Massachusetts. (She really loves learning.) Rebecca brings a fastidious eye and can-do attitude to all clients, working alongside executive directors, founders, and organization leaders as a trusted thought partner. She hasn’t yet encountered an operational puzzle she couldn’t solve.

Chase Hammel
Assistant Consultant &
Social Media Manager
Chase’s previous work included social media, television development, and sales—a background that makes him equally comfortable with strategy and storytelling. As an Assistant Consultant & Social Media Manager, he loves digging into problems to find impactful solutions while using his creative side to showcase the work he cares about. Outside the office, he's curating playlists, out on the water, or hanging with his dog Calvin.
Zara Malik
Assistant Consultant
Zara came to Query Partners after working in biological research, catering and cafe management, and SaaS sales, covering plenty of ground in analysis, operations, and strategy. She thrives on research, creative problem-solving, and helping organizations doing meaningful work figure out their toughest challenges. When she's not at work, you'll find her performing vocal jazz or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Daniela Richardson
Lead Bookkeeper
Daniela’s career has spanned from ghostwriting to accounting, and she now manages the books at Query with the same level of care she brought to crafting stories. Her work keeps Query's finances organized and accurate, making sure every dollar is accounted for and embracing the monthly close. In her downtime, she's reading, writing, or chasing after her toddler and pets.

Murphy Spence
Assistant Consultant
Before joining Query Partners, Murphy worked in operations & logistics for performing arts groups, small businesses, and grassroots organizations. They love tackling logistical puzzles, especially when they get to make a spreadsheet and leverage their background in fulfillment and finance. Aside from consulting work, they're also a bookkeeper and tech coordinator for a mutual aid network.
